My interactions with my patients are most interesting and memorable. I am inspired by my patients to continue to provide superior dental care every day. Certain cases, however, stand out in my mind because of the amazing and life-changing outcome of their treatments. Each patient is unique and their cases are specific in their own way, but often I find that from the specific comes the universal, and we can all relate to each other’s problems and solutions. Allow me to share Jessica’s story with you.
Jessica was a patient of record who called our office and told us she had chipped an old filling in her
front tooth, and now had a huge gap between her front teeth. She needed to come in right way…because her wedding day was next week! The funny and crazy part of this story is that she fell down during dress rehearsal while wearing her very long and heavy wedding gown. We were thankful that this happened during dress rehearsal and not at the actual wedding day.
Since time was really of the essence in this case, we opted for immediate cosmetic bonding as the best treatment solution.
Great stories have great endings and the End Result: She came to our office and within 20 minutes, her front teeth were whole and sparkling again. She said the wedding pictures looked perfect thanks to her beautiful smile!
