During times like these where the economy is in trouble and most folks that you know are hard up on their luck, we need to tighten our belts a little bit more so we can cut down on spending and taking in unnecessary expenses. Comfortersand beddings are one of the few things that you shouldn’t scrimp on, however. Perhaps the biggest and most obvious reason for this is that you’re actually going to be sleeping in it for an extended period of time. If you buy second hand sheets, you do not know where they came from, or why they have been discarded. To name a few risks involving second hand bedding, you may be exposed to bed bugs, dust mites, or even harmful chemicals used in the production of said sheets. If you think about it, would you risk your health over a few dollars that you can save by getting second-hand sheets? You might as well just buy brand new sheets. You will be better off in the long run, and you would also know for a fact that what you’re using will definitely be clean. Don’t risk your health by being cheap. If you want to save and buy second-hand, you should do so when you buy appliances or furniture. When you buy them second-hand, you can have these refurbished or restored, and they pose a minimal health and safety risk as well. Don’t risk it with used sheets, because you sleep in it and would be breathing whatever it emits.
